1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@martcore.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions
  3. Securely package your item and include the RMA number inside the package
  4. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your RMA

Please note that returns sent without an approved RMA may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
